Bopcal 2-Year Limited Warranty

Coverage:
Bopcal warrants this device against defects in materials or workmanship for 2 years from the original purchase date. Claims require proof of purchase (receipt + serial number).

How to Claim:

1. Contact us immediately if you discover a defect (e.g., device won’t power on).
2. Some regions may apply a 20% service fee; confirm details with customer support.
3. Warranty replacements do not renew the 2-year period.

What’s Not Covered:
❌ Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect
❌ Cosmetic wear from normal use
❌ Unauthorized repairs (opening/disassembling voids warranty)
❌ Breakage from improper handling
